Terms of Service
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Favion Ltd (“Naprel”, “we”, “us”) for your use of Naprel at naprelai.io and its apps. By creating an account or using Naprel you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Naprel. Give us accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign-in secure: you are responsible for everything done with your account.
If you use Naprel for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” means that business too.
2. What Naprel does
Naprel turns your descriptions, books, images and voice into videos using AI models from third-party providers, lets you edit them, and can post them to channels you connect.
AI output can be unpredictable. It may not match your prompt, may contain mistakes, and similar prompts can give different results. Review everything before you use or publish it. Models come and go: we may add, change or switch off a model, including when its maker retires it.
We work to keep Naprel available and reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.
3. Credits, plans and payment
Generating costs credits. The price of every generation, in credits, is shown before you confirm it, and depends on the model, the resolution and the length. You can get credits from a monthly plan or by buying top-up packs. Prices are in US dollars.
- Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Each month's credits must be used in that month; they don't roll over.
- Top-up credits don't expire while your account is open.
- Changing plan: an upgrade takes effect straight away and is prorated; a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from the credits page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed after that.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase, and Paddle charges any sales tax or VAT due.
4. Refunds
Failed generations. If a generation fails because of a fault on our side, or the model's maker didn't charge for the attempt (for example, it refused the request), the credits come back to your balance automatically. Parts of a video that were never generated are refunded too.
If the model's maker charged for a result that came back unusable, those credits aren't returned, because the cost has already been paid. After two such failures in a row on the same video, we switch that model off for that video so it can't happen a third time.
Videos you've approved aren't refunded: by then the work has been done and paid for.
Purchases. If you were charged in error, or bought credits you haven't used, contact us at legal@naprelai.io within 14 days of the purchase and we'll review a refund with Paddle. Credits already used aren't refundable. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have by law.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Naprel, such as prompts, scripts, books, images, audio and voice recordings. As between you and us, you also own the videos and images generated for you, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated material.
You give us permission to store, process and send your content to the providers that run the models, solely to provide Naprel to you: to generate, edit, store and, when you ask, publish it. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't sell it.
Because others may type similar prompts, other users may receive output similar to yours, and you don't get rights in their output.
6. Rights you need to have
You may only upload or use material you have the right to use. In particular:
- Books. You may only turn a book into a series if you own it or have the rights holder's permission to adapt it. You confirm this when you upload, and you are responsible for the series made from it.
- Voices. You may only clone or record your own voice, or a voice whose owner has given you clear consent.
- Faces and likenesses. You may only animate, lip-sync or depict a real person who has agreed to it, and you confirm this each time you make a photo speak. You may never generate images, video or audio that impersonates a celebrity, a public figure or any other real person, even with a label or disclaimer.
- Everything else, including images, music and logos, must be yours or properly licensed.
If you believe something on Naprel infringes your rights, email legal@naprelai.io with the details and we'll act on it.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Naprel to create, upload or publish anything that:
- sexualises minors in any way, or is sexually explicit;
- depicts a real person in intimate, sexual or degrading situations without their consent;
- impersonates a celebrity, a public figure or any other real person, in images, video or audio, including by imitating their face or their voice;
- is designed to deceive people into believing something false about a real person, event or election;
- promotes violence, terrorism, hate or harassment against people or groups;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- is illegal where you are, or helps anyone break the law.
You also must not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get around its limits or billing, or resell access to it without our written agreement. The model providers apply their own content rules too, and may refuse a request.
8. Publishing to YouTube and TikTok
When you connect a channel, you authorise Naprel to post the videos you approve to it, at the time you choose. Nothing is posted until you have approved the final video. Every post is labelled as AI-generated, as the platforms require.
You are responsible for what you publish, and for following each platform's rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok's Terms of Service. You can disconnect a channel at any time.
9. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Naprel at any time, and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or that we're required to act on by law, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we'll refund any unused, paid-for credits.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Naprel is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that output will be accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Naprel after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Favion Ltd is established. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you rights that can't be waived, those rights still apply.
