Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address and profile picture, including from Google if you sign in with it.
• Your content: prompts, scripts, books you upload, images, video and audio you upload, voice recordings and the samples used to clone your voice, and the videos, images and narration generated for you.
• Payment information: our payment provider processes your payments. We receive your name, email, country and the status of your purchases and subscription, never your full card details.
• Connected channels: when you connect YouTube or TikTok, the channel's name and identifier, and the access needed to post for you. Access tokens we hold are encrypted at rest.
• Usage and technical data: your credit history, what you generate and publish, and server logs such as IP address, browser type and error details, which we use to run and secure the service.
• Visits and activity: the pages you open on our site, the site that sent you there, your approximate country and the kind of device and browser you use, and the actions you take in your account (for example starting a video, posting it or buying credits) with whether they worked. We use this to understand how the service is used and to help when something goes wrong. Our own count of visits uses no cookies: if you are not signed in, a visit is recorded under a code made from your connection and browser that changes every day and cannot be turned back into either.
• Emails: the service emails we send you, such as when a video is ready, and any messages you send us.

• to provide Naprel: generating, editing, storing and, when you ask, publishing your videos;
• to take payment, keep your credit balance and manage your plan;
• to send service emails, such as when credits are added or a video is ready;
• to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and fix problems;
• to meet our legal obligations.

We don't sell your data, we don't show you ads, and we don't use your content to train AI models.

We process your data to provide the service you signed up for, for our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable service, with your consent where we ask for it (such as cloning your voice), and to comply with the law.

We use trusted service providers to run Naprel, and give each only what it needs to do its job for us: signing you in, storing data and media, running the AI models that generate your videos, images and narration, processing payments, sending email, and publishing to the channels you connect. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

When you generate something, your prompt and any material you attach are sent to the AI model provider that produces it. When you publish, your video goes to the platform you chose.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or to a buyer if the business is sold, in which case this policy keeps applying.

Naprel uses YouTube API Services to post videos to channels you connect. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can disconnect in Naprel at any time, or revoke Naprel's access from your Google security settings.

Our service providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as contractual protections.

• Account details and your content: while your account is open, or until you delete the item.
• Voice clones: until you delete them or close your account.
• Payment and credit records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Server logs: for a short period, normally no more than 90 days.

Data is encrypted in transit, access tokens for connected channels are encrypted at rest, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent you've given. To close your account and delete your data, or for any of these, email legal@naprelai.io. We'll reply within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the service working, and one that remembers your cookie choice. With your permission, we also use analytics cookies, to understand how our site is used and how visitors find it, and advertising cookies, to measure whether our ads lead people here. These are set by a tag manager from a third-party analytics provider, which runs with both refused until you choose. We ask on your first visit; you can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer of our website, and we ask again after six months. The visit counts described above are kept on our own servers and use no cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the ones that keep you signed in are needed for the app to work.

Naprel is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

We'll update this policy if what we collect or how we use it changes, and tell you by email or in the app if the change is significant. Our Terms of Service cover the rest of how Naprel works.
